1. Overview

FlyKidsDrones (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sells beginner-friendly drones for kids, including the Holy Stone HS210. These Terms govern your use of our website, services, and products. By placing an order or using our services, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility & Supervision

FlyKidsDrones products are suitable for children aged 8 and up. For children under 10, we strongly recommend adult supervision at all times while flying.

By using our site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You understand and accept the product's intended use and safety recommendations.

3. Shipping Policy

We ship to Ireland, the EU, the UK, and most international locations.

  • All orders include tracking.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want your little pilots to love their drone! If you're not happy, here's our return policy:

  • Return Window: 14 days from delivery

  • Conditions: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition

  • How to Start: Email us at flykidsdrones@gmail.com with your order number and reason

Refunds:

  • Processed within 7 business days after inspection

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made an error

Exchanges:

  • For a different model or color? Reach out — we’re happy to assist.

Damaged/Faulty Items:

  • Notify us immediately with photos

  • We'll replace the product or issue a refund if it’s a manufacturer fault

5. Warranty

We follow the Holy Stone warranty policy, which includes:

  • 30-day warranty for defects under normal use

  • Free replacement or full refund for valid warranty issues

  • Extended support available via Holy Stone for eligible products

Warranty Exclusions:

  • User error, crashes, misuse, weather damage, third-party parts

  • Unauthorized modification/disassembly

  • Out-of-warranty products

  • Purchases from non-authorized sellers

6. Order Cancellations

  • Before Payment: You may cancel directly in your account.

  • After Payment: Contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel.

  • If already shipped, standard return policy applies.

8. Drone Laws & Local Compliance

  • Confirm whether registration, certifications, or restrictions apply in your region.

Examples:

  • Ireland/UK: Maintain visual line-of-sight; no flying over 120m; avoid airports and crowds; register if required.

  • United States: TRUST test, Remote ID rules, FAA registration for drones over 250g (note: HS210 is under 250g).

🛑 Failure to comply with local laws may result in penalties. We are not liable for misuse or legal infractions.

9. Limitation of Liability

FlyKidsDrones shall not be liable for any damages resulting from:

  • Improper drone operation

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Violations of local regulations

  • Use by minors without supervision

Use drones responsibly and follow all safety guidelines.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect limited personal data to:

  • Fulfill orders

  • Improve user experience

  • Send occasional marketing communications (if you opt-in)

We do not sell or share your personal data. Users under age 16 must have parental consent to submit data or use our services.
