Where We Ship
- Ireland & European Union: Free shipping. Delivery in 3–7 business days.
- United Kingdom: Free shipping. Delivery in 5–8 business days.
- United States & Canada: Free shipping. Delivery in 5–8 business days.
- Other regions with Holy Stone local stock: Free shipping (delivery times vary, please contact us for details).
- Countries without local stock: Shipping availability and costs depend on location. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best option for your country.

Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order from warehouse to doorstep.

Taxes & Customs
Orders shipped from Holy Stone’s EU and local warehouses do not incur extra taxes or customs fees. For destinations outside those regions, local duties and VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Warranty
