We want you and your little pilots to be happy with every FlyKidsDrones purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Returns:

• You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Exchanges:

• If you want to exchange your drone for a different color or model, contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

• If your drone arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
